Baker is an accomplished software executive with 30+ years of experience in the trade show industry. "Can you share how Map Your Show serves the events industry?"

Baker: "MYS is an industry-leading event management platform for events of all sizes. Our software serves all event stakeholders, including managers, exhibitors, speakers, and attendees. We help event planners increase revenue, facilitate engagement, and improve process efficiencies."

"One of your newest products is MYS Conference Management. Can you explain what it is and what it offers event planners?"

Baker: "Our Conference Management software gives event planners an end-to-end platform to manage every aspect of their conference, fair, or trade show. Set-up is highly customizable and flexible from start to finish. Users can collect and review applications, create and manage sessions, and allow speakers to manage their own data."

"What are some of the most popular features on the MYS Platform?"

Baker: "Our customers are enthusiastic about our support. We provide in-platform training directly within our software, and an MYS team member is always ready to assist.

Regarding software, our Floor Plan Builder is the most favored feature among our customers. We are the only software in the industry capable of integrating CAD coordinates with geolocation. This feature is crucial as it allows sales representatives to know real-time availability. This functionality also extends to our Booth Sales module, which includes financial management with hundreds of financial reports to provide events with the necessary daily data.

Additionally, we offer a fully developed API for everything from simple API exchanges to complex financial, accounting, and CRM data mapping. Our fully integrated Mobile App is another popular choice. Customers appreciate it because it consolidates show data in one place, saving them significant time."
