Map Your Show's team is growing! We would like to welcome two new additions: Cithlaly Dudic, joining as Regional Vice President of Sales, and Steve Daemi, our new Regional (EMEA) Head of Marketing. Both bring years of experience, creative ideas, and a shared passion for helping events thrive.
Meet Cithlaly Dudic, Regional Vice President of Sales
Meet Cithlaly Dudic, the newest Regional Vice President of Sales, here at MYS. Cithlaly is most excited to connect with clients, learn what makes their events unique, and help them build tools their attendees, speakers, and exhibitors will love.
“The most exciting aspect of this position is getting to understand our clients’ needs and discovering the right products and features to help them build a tool that their attendees, speakers, and exhibitors will love to use,” Cithlaly shared. “My favorite process is understanding the goals of each event organizer and working together to launch a product that we can both be proud of — that to me is deeply satisfying. My goal is to help you build a successful, well-rounded event. I’m happy to pick up the phone and chat about how I can help you accomplish that.”
Cithlaly has spent her entire career in the events industry — more than 10 years across trade associations and large-scale event organizations. She’s worn many hats over the years, leading everything from event operations and registration to conference planning and digital product launches. Her wide-ranging experience gives her a deep appreciation for the work that goes into every event, and she’s excited to keep supporting organizers in new ways with MYS.
A proud Chicago native, Cithlaly loves exploring her city’s many festivals, concerts, and restaurants. She enjoys staying active through biking, yoga, and long walks along the lakefront — often with a podcast or book in hand. She’s also passionate about giving back, volunteering in the winter months to deliver groceries and visit with elderly residents in need of companionship.

Meet Steve Daemi, Regional (EMEA) Head of Marketing
Joining us from the United Kingdom is Steve Daemi, Map Your Show’s new Regional (EMEA) Head of Marketing. Steve is looking forward to working with a U.S.-based tech company and helping expand MYS’s global reach.
“I’m most excited about working with a U.S.-based tech firm and helping it grow here in the U.K. as well as around the world,” said Steve. “Our plans to bring event tech solutions that make running events easy(er) is exciting for me. Having spent years working in marketing for exhibition organisers, I am aware of the challenges and pain points. That’s why I am so confident in Map Your Show as the solution.”
Steve is a marketing professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning sustainability, events, and technology. A brand-first marketer at heart, he believes that marketing is where science meets art — blending data, creativity, and strategy to make a lasting impact. His global perspective and passion for storytelling will help MYS connect with new audiences and continue to grow around the world.
When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Steve in the boxing gym. He’s an England Boxing Level 1 Coach and hopes to use that experience to help disadvantaged and at-risk young people find purpose, confidence, and self-control through sport. His dream? To someday bring that mission to life somewhere warm, with Cape Town, South Africa, and Athens, Greece, topping the list.

Cithlaly brings a trusted and relatable perspective that will help strengthen relationships, drive retention, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Steve’s expertise and strategic vision will play a key role in advancing our brand and making an impact across the EMEA region. Together, their experience and energy will be instrumental in driving success for our clients and our team.
