How AI Personalization For Events Is Transforming Attendee and Exhibitor Experiences
Walk the floor of any major trade show and the experience is largely the same for every attendee: a badge, a paper map or a directory link, and thousands of square feet of booths between you and whatever you actually came to find.
For an attendee with two days and a specific problem to solve, the odds of finding the right exhibitor through browsing alone are not great. For an exhibitor who invested tens of thousands of dollars on the show, the odds of that attendee locating them are not vastly better.
In this article, our CEO Don Kline talks about how AI changes what's possible inside the moment of connection how it drives MYS's product direction.
June Product Updates
|
More Flexibility When Splitting Booths: Booth splitting now includes a new Split in Two option, which lets you divide a single booth into two separate spaces of different sizes. Existing split options remain available. The previous default split option has been renamed Split Equally, and booths with a max fit configuration will continue to see the Split to Max Fit option.
Display Aisle Widths: The Builder now automatically calculates and displays aisle widths as you place and move booths. Toggle the display on or off from the View menu, and choose whether widths appear in the Builder only or also on exhibitor and booth sales floor plans. Set a compliance minimum to flag narrow aisles in the audit report, and include aisle width markings in PDF exports.
Use Your Venue Grid for Booth Placement: For metric events without a max fit layer, Grid Display provides a foundation for booth placement. Provide us with your venue grid and we'll import it directly into the Builder to use as a visual reference for placing and aligning booths accurately. New in Builder: Booth Open & Closed Sides: There is now an option to visually distinguish open and closed booth sides directly on the floor plan — open (aisle-facing) sides display with a dashed outline, closed (wall or neighbor-facing) sides with a solid outline.
