January Product Updates
- New ERC Access Permissions: You can now automatically grant ERC access to designated contact types, like Billing and Marketing, eliminating the need for the primary contact to manually add them. This update improves the onboarding process for exhibitors and ensures the right team members get timely access.
- MYS Insights Updates Now Live: We’ve introduced a new Engagement tab showing user activity across planners created, leads generated, site visits, and app downloads. You’ll also notice an improved display of sales and financial benchmarks in the Financial tab
Learn more in our updated education materials (Benchmarks: pages 6–7, Engagement: page 9). Not using MYS Insights yet? Schedule a demo with us to learn more. - New System-Generated Contracts: MYS has launched a new feature for booth sales: system-generated contracts. This will simplify the process for shows that want exhibitors to have a physical copy, without creating a contract for each event.
Instead of uploading and mapping a new PDF every time there's a change, the system will automatically generate a branded contract based on the fields collected during sign-up (company info, contacts, orders, terms and conditions, etc.). Contact us at clientsupport@mapyourshow.com if you’d like to use this option.
