by Thembela Mavuso on March 7, 2025
Welcome to the February edition of the MYS Product Pulse, where we explore the latest innovations and trends shaping the future of event technology.
Improve Financial Performance and Maximize Revenue with MYS Insights
Track and predict your show's revenue with accuracy and improve the financial performance of your event with MYS Insights.
MYS Insights helps you evaluate the health of your event. Using machine learning, our technology enables your team to track and predict revenue, identify risks to show success and make data-backed decisions.
Here's how it works:
Understand exactly how your event is tracking and benchmark against similar-sized events. Get real-time visibility into the following performance metrics:
- Exhibitor Risk Analysis and Retention: Uses on-platform exhibitor behavioral data to identify exhibitors at risk of not renewing and reveals areas of improvement to increase retention.
- Predictive Financial Pacing: Track revenue performance compared to previous show cycles and forecast financial outcomes for the event with a high degree of accuracy.
- Competitive Benchmarking: See how your event performance compares to shows with a similar exhibitor count and pinpoint areas for growth.
- Square Unit Pacing: Measure the rate of booth space sales to uncover upsell opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
For a complete list and a more in-depth look at each feature, read our latest blog.

More Product Updates
Booth Tag Display Settings & Search: Two new features are available for booth tags; filtering by booth tag and flexible display settings in the exhibitor view, allowing tags to appear on all booths, only available booths, or be hidden entirely from exhibitors. These settings are set to not display for existing shows; however, you can take action if you'd like to update for your current show. Learn about modifying the booth tag display settings here.
- Exclude Credit Card Fees: Our latest update allows you to exclude credit card fees for exhibitors based on their country or state. The exclusion is based on the cardholder's address (not the exhibiting company's). This feature is available for new and existing shows, and show management should contact their Account Manager to enable it.
- Customizing Reports: Tracking your customers' recent signature updates is now easier with the ability to add the 'Last Signature Update' field to booth sales reports (use the Customize option to include). Some examples where this may be helpful to add are 'Orders by date,' 'Total Sales,' and 'All customers with status. Read more about customizing a report here.
- Display Booth Hold Notes: When placing a booth on hold, you can now display held notes on the exhibitor view of the floor plan. This setting is set to not display existing notes; however, you can take action if you'd like to update them so they display. Read more here to learn how.
