  1. New Option for Planner Users: Stay Signed In: Attendees using the planner can now choose to stay signed in, so they spend less time logging in and more time planning their visit. Once "Stay Signed In" is selected at login or sign up, the user stays logged in on that device and browser. No more re-entering credentials when a session times out.

    Note: this feature isn't available for events using a custom login process.

Show Dashboard

  1. Multi-Factor Authentication added to Show Dashboard Login. Starting August 28, signing in to the Show Dashboard will require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for an added layer of account security. During enrollment, you'll choose to verify your identity using an authenticator app or, in supported countries, text message.

    You can also choose to stay signed in for 7 days, so you won't need to re-verify every time you log in. If you'd like to get a head start, you can download an authenticator app from your phone's app store now. Here are some apps you can use if you don't have one already.

Floor Plan

  1. Building Layer Display Improvements: We've deployed an update to the online floor plans that improves the quality and display of building layers. Features like columns and electric ports will now show up more clearly on the plan if you have them set to display.

    Reminder: You can adjust the styling of your building layers anytime in Builder under the Facility menu.
