Boost Attendee Engagement with Faster Planner Creation & Log In 

Map Your Show has updated the My Show Planner sign-up and log-in process, making it easier for attendees to get started and stay engaged with your event.

Please note, this update applies only to shows and events scheduled for 2026 and later. These changes are now live on the Map Your Show platform as of August 25, 2025.

What's New:

Planner Log-in

 

With the latest attendee planner update, your show participants will now enjoy:

  • Simplified Login: With a single email entry, the MYS system checks the show database for an existing My Show Planner account associated with the address. Users are then routed to either create an account or log in for an easier, more effortless experience. 

  • Improved Registration Integration: For Shows with registration integration, attendees will have the option to link their event registration record with the planner account. Our email lookup then simplifies logging in to an existing account or initiates user identity verification for easier account setup.

    For shows that permit email lookup through the registration integration, attendees can verify identity through a 6-digit code. The new 6-digit email code is currently supported for CDS, CONEXSYS, Maritz, Netforum, Protech, and Salesforce integrations. All shows will have the ability to verify participants by badge ID or number.

  • Enhanced Communication: Automated welcome and confirmation emails are sent out to attendees when a new account is created or changes are made to their My Show Planner account email, maintaining accurate records and keeping them informed.

With an easier and more intuitive login and setup process, Map Your Show is simplifying the attendee journey, making it faster for users to access their planner, engage with your event's content, and start connecting with your exhibitors immediately.   • Mobile App Statistics Report Enhanced: The Mobile App Statistics report now includes a new line for Sponsor Splash Page Views. This enhancement provides you with even deeper insights, all organized by date range and device. 

    Tip: When viewing reports, click 'Add to Favorites' to quickly access this report anytime.
  • On-site Photos for Sessions: Planner users can now upload and tag on-site photos directly to sessions in the Directory, just like in the mobile app. In the Sessions tab of Directory Management, open Manage Session Details to add an Onsite Photos section.
