April Product Updates
Exhibitor Primary Contact Onboarding: The Exhibitor Resource Center now supports onboarding for exhibitors' primary contacts, guiding them through critical setup tasks from their very first login.
This feature is not active by default. You'll need to enable it for it to appear in your event. To learn how to manage these steps and enable this feature, use the Read More option below.
'Advanced' Customer Search Options: When using the 'Advanced' Customer Search option within Booth Sales, you can now search the customer list by state and zip code. Note: Enter the two-letter abbreviation for the state/province.
Chat with Lina in the Floor Plan: For events with MYS Connected and Lina enabled, attendees can now engage with Lina directly from the Attendee View Floor Plan. This keeps the experience seamless, so attendees can get answers and stay oriented without switching views.
Payment schedule: new validation tools: In the payment schedule admin, three new updates help surface issues as you create or edit a schedule. A status column flags errors on each installment row in real time, like duplicate due dates or amounts that don't add up to 100%.
A payment total tracker shows a running tally as you add installments, so you can see exactly how much is still unallocated before saving. If an installment is deleted or modified, the remaining percentages automatically rebalance to maintain a valid total. You can override the adjusted amounts manually as needed.
Sales Rep Reassignment: Bulk reassign a sales rep across customer records and line items in one action. Use this when onboarding a new rep, redistributing accounts, or offboarding a team member. This tool ensures your records stay accurate and up to date with minimal effort.
